Students tend to become distracted when parents are present inside the classroom during practice sessions.

To maintain focus and ensure effective learning, parents will not be allowed inside the classroom during regular dance practice sessions.

During the last week of every month, parents will be invited into the classroom for approximately 10–15 minutes to observe what their children have been learning and practicing in dance class.

During the remaining weeks, videos of ongoing dance classes will continue to be shared in the dance group as usual.

During the last week of every three months, a discussion session will be arranged with parents on their child's dance class day.

These sessions provide an opportunity to exchange feedback, suggestions, and ideas regarding their child's dance classes.

Payment must be made during the first week of each month for each level.

Families enrolling three students receive a $20 discount per student, per level.

If two students from the same family are enrolled, the admission fee will be waived for one student.

If a student withdraws midway through a level, no refund will be issued.

If a child is absent from dance class due to personal reasons, there will be no adjustment to the dance fees.

If you plan to take leave for more than one month, you must inform us at least one month in advance.

If the fee for the leave month has already been paid, it will be adjusted toward the following month.

1. Comfortable clothing.
2. Comfortable shoes, specifically sports shoes.

Dance shoes should not be worn outside except for dance-related purposes.

Apart from the holidays listed above, other holidays will be notified with parents' agreement and concurrence if required.

Except for holidays listed in the official calendar, if classes are canceled by KC Dance Center, make-up classes will be provided accordingly.

Students must have trained with KC Dance Center for at least one year.

Students are selected based on their performance and presentation.

Students who attend dance classes regularly without interruption are given priority.
